Leathams Plc announce major investment in Microsoft Dynamics GP solution from Trinity

Manchester, UK – 31st October 2005 – Leathams Plc, a leading UK supplier of authentic fine foods and ingredients, has announced the purchase of Microsoft Dynamics GP from Trinity as part of a major investment in the company’s IT systems.

The new fully integrated 60 user system will cover every aspect of the food wholesaler’s business including finance, telesales, warehousing, journey planning, vehicle loading, purchasing and demand forecasting.

Trinity feature on Microsoft’s new Food & Beverage web site

Manchester, UK – 2nd November 2004 – Microsoft Dynamics have launched a new web site dedicated to the Food & Beverage market (with content specific to companies in this industry sector).

The new site reflects the fact that Microsoft has a partner network which focuses on this market sector alone. Microsoft Releases Microsoft Dynamics-Microsoft Dynamics GP8.0

New Solution Captures a Microsoft Office Look and Delivers Rich Enhancements to Help Customers Increase Efficiency and Streamline Business Processes

REDMOND, Wash., June 21, 2004 – Microsoft Dynamics today announced the availability of Microsoft® Business Solutions-Microsoft Dynamics GP® 8.0, a cross-industry financial management solution for midmarket segment businesses. Microsoft Dynamics GP8.0 will deliver improved usability; richer functionality for distribution, manufacturing and project accounting; greater capabilities through integrations with Microsoft Dynamics Business Portal 2.5 and Microsoft Office 2003; and improved analytics.

Elliott Baxter announce massive investment in new Microsoft Dynamics GPsoftware from Trinity

Manchester, UK – 27 August 2004

Elliott Baxter & Co Ltd, Feltham, the UK’s largest independent paper merchant, have announced the purchase of a new Microsoft Dynamics GPbased system from Trinity, as a part of their £500K investment plan to develop their IT and computer facilities.

The investment plan allows for in-house network systems to be upgraded to the latest industry standards. It will see Microsoft Dynamics GP, from Microsoft Dynamics, replace Elliott Baxter’s existing core business software, also provided and supported by Trinity. The new 100 user Microsoft Dynamics GPsystem will address core requirements in Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory, and will provide the company with flexibility to respond to customer needs more quickly and accurately.

Trinity partner, Touchstone, Chosen to Furnish Roomservice with Sales Productivity Improvements

Trinity’s CRM business partner, Touchstone, has been selected by Roomservice Group, the UK’s leading provider of furnishing solutions, to implement a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. The system will provide a consistent source of customer information that can be transformed into increased sales effectiveness and enhanced customer service, leading to greater business efficiency and improved management forecasting. Roomservice anticipates that the system will increase its sales prospect conversion substantially in the coming months through more effective lead qualification and management.

The Craig Group implements Trinity Myridas Software Solution

The Craig Group, Aberdeen, has gone live with the first phase implementation of its new business software system based upon Trinity’s Myridas Solutions.

The Craig Group, which employs over 1500 people and has annual turnover of £90M, comprises nine specialist divisions, each supplying products and services to the worldwide oil and gas markets. Trinity’s solution focuses upon the distribution requirements in three of the business divisions: Craig Group Catering Services; Craig Group Meat Supplies and Craig International Supplies. Work on the 75-user system began in January 2003 with the live release taking place in August 2003. The solution is based upon Microsoft Dynamics – Microsoft Dynamics GPsoftware and uses Trinity’s Myridas software modules to address the specific distribution needs of The Craig Group.

Commenting upon their new distribution software system, Andy Buchan, Head of IT at The Craig Group said “After thoroughly researching the distribution software market, we selected Microsoft Dynamics GP, Myridas and Trinity. A powerful combination of the products being best suited to our business, Microsoft’s strength and Trinity being specialists in distribution systems meant an easy decision. The implementation went well and since going live in August, we are already seeing business benefits as a result of better and more accurate information.”

The Craig Group will shortly be moving on to phase 2 of their implementation, which will address their requirements in Purchase Order Processing and other areas to gain further business benefits.
