Trinity Computer Services recognise that the potential of a newly installed system can only be realised with a comprehensive training plan. Trinity's training team are dedicated and experienced in meeting individual company training requirements.

Flexible Training

Once software configuration is completed, training programs need to be designed and implemented to ensure maximum benefit is gained from the new system.

The approach is flexible and only determined after taking full account of all relevant factors, especially users' existing knowledge and experience of computer systems and customer resource availability.

Tailored Training Structure

Training can be on-site or at Trinity's training centre in South Manchester. Training programs normally comprise the Myridas trainer working with small groups of users in structured training sessions. If needed this can be extended to a two-stage process:

(1) Trinity train customer staff to a high level of knowledge to become trainers themselves

(2) Trinity trainers support customer trainers in rolling out software to other users With this approach the combination of software expertise and customer knowledge can considerably enhance the training process.

Myridas training services are designed specifically to help customers gain a comprehensive understanding of Myridas applications and how best to use them.
